Two price lists, one account
Star Distribution runs two price lists. Clinic pricing is for licensed practices ordering by the box for in-office use. Wholesale pricing is for research brands, pharmacies, and distributors ordering at volume, with a 3,000-vial minimum per order. Your account type at signup determines which list you see in the Partner Portal, and the team can adjust it or attach custom pricing to your account.

How wholesale ordering works
- Create a free Partner Portal account.
- Build a purchase order: pick products, choose strengths (prices show per strength), set quantities. The portal totals vials, boxes, and subtotal.
- Submit. You get a PO number instantly; we confirm availability, lead time, and final pricing by email within a business day.
- Invoice and payment are handled directly — first orders prepaid, Net 30 on approved accounts, ACH or wire.
- Product ships from US facilities with cold-chain packaging. Typical lead time is one to two weeks.
Distributors and medical reps
Approved distributors get their own portal with a referral link, client registration under their name, and order tracking that credits every account and PO to them. Details and application.
